The Grey Pillar Guild is working hard in the Mine of Rebirth. Miner Bolter is worried that there is nobody to fetch the supplies they need from the village.
One-off: the reward is given once. If you are levelling in this zone anyway, it is worth collecting what it needs along the way and closing it.

Story
I'm a member of the Gray Pillar Guild, which controls this Strip Mine. Those hard-working Dwarves over there are all my guild brothers.
Frankly, we prefer it out here, living among the rock and rubble of the mine instead of some stuffy cottage back in the village. The only drawback is that we still have to send someone into the village every few days to get supplies. It was Fundal's turn to go, but he broke his leg in a mining accident this morning. Will you go in his place?

Quest steps
Miner Bolter, a member of the Gray Pillar Guild, lives at the Strip Mine. He asks you to bring him some things from the village. Visit Trader Shari's weapons shop, Trader Garita's store, Warehouse Chief Reed and Blacksmith Brunon and bring back the items that Miner Bolter is seeking.
Collect: Mining Boots × 1, Miner's Pick × 1, Boomboom Powder × 1, Redstone Beer × 1
You have all of the items Bolter requested. Take them to him.
Nothing to kill: the quest is handed in at an NPC.
